I've definitely been working on a digital diet myself. I finally realized I could find the time to do what I needed to do by deleting and ignoring stuff. And stop (Ok - slow down or be more selective) consuming everything I think I need to learn.
I'm in awe of the time and peace of mind this has uncovered.
It feels counterintuitive that slowing down creates more progress, but it's so true. And me too on 'consuming everything I think I need to learn' (especially when I don't necessarily even want to learn it! 😊)
Yikes it’s the end of the month and I have yet to record. Something tells me this will be a big part of the conversation.
