It really is about testing, tweaking, trying... it's not like you're going to break anything. It's fun to push the limits (our own self-imposed limits!)
Everytime I read one of your posts like this, I feel like I'm behind! 😲 While I too use Google Workspace, I've never used Gemini but looks like I need to up my repurposing game.
I am a fan of Gemini too, I know a lot of people are all about ChatGPT but I use Google Workspace & love how Gemini is integrated with everything I do. The feature you have shared here opens up a lot of possibilities, and I like your tip about talking rather than typing to refine the output. I came across a GitHub project the other day which has an huge library of example prompts and outputs for Nano Banana and some of it is actually mind blowing.
It really feels like Google was just secretly working away, and all of a sudden, they've poured the gas on things. I also use Google Workspace, and I love that everything is integrated.
I'd LOVE to see the GitHub project if you have the link? 😉
*Sidenote: I LOVE nano banana and tried Seedream 4 this past weekend. I was blown away with the image it generated (gave both the same prompt).
I used LMArena to try it out. Here's the article that walks you through that"
I totally agree that Google has been and is doing a lot behind the scenes & we are reaping the benefits now. I can’t even imagine what else is coming, I am sure we are only scratching the surface. Have you made much use of NotebookLM? I’m also a big fan and find it insanely powerful.
Gemini is definitely part of my stack too, and this...
This is the key: guide the AI. Don't just accept its first attempt.
Pure gold and perfect advice.
Thanks, Lee,

And nano banana? WTF?
HAHA....
I need to do a whole series on Gemini. It keeps blowing me away.
This weekend I created some "Gems" - which are basically custom instructions for different content types.
Working on a post & video about those this week.
There's not enough time in the day, lol.

Thanks for these other links too.
Thanks, Natalie,
I do use NotebookLM- not as much as I'd like to, but I really love that all of Google's products work together.
I've created a few study guides for myself with some of the more advanced AI stuff I'd like to go deeper with.
Appreciate the GitHub project!
