I think our default is to be hard on ourselves. Logically, I know that taking care of myself, slowing down, getting rest, whatever it is, is truly the only way through (at least without paying a heavy price), but like many things, it's a practice. One I'll probably have for the rest of my life, lol.
I hope you feel better real soon. Sep has been like this for me. It’s important to envision pause as not a break, although that is perfectly fine and if that is what is needed it must be taken, but to alter our pace. Always remaining true to what feels right.
I admire your persistence! I hope you're feeling better.
Thanks, Bonnie 😊
Thanks, Kim. That resonates. Hope you're feeling much better!
Thank you, Vicki, I am. 😊
The messy middle, grounded writing, and critical thinking are not what anyone anymore seems to talk about! lol
Hope you are feeling better :)
Isn’t that the truth.
I am, thanks, Bette!
Moving at human speed through inhuman times - YES. I've been so hard on myself for not maintaining the same pace when everything feels heavy.

Thanks for mentioning the messy middle encompasses life too. We tend to forget everything isn’t always build that business.
So true, Lee.
Our lives & businesses aren't mutually exclusive.
